My greatest thanks to the team for their understanding and patience in getting my software fully operational again. By the way this was all on an outdated version of the software. Wether you want to convert your DVD collection into a format your devices will play or convert your own video files together with an affordable price tag and as i previously said, backed up with amazing customer service. The team at Wondershare have been absolutely phenomenal right from the get go. you must go for an all-in-one program called Wondershare UniConverter (originally Wondershare Video Converter Ultimate). In simple terms i messed up my account and was unable to access my software. I got my Wondershare UniConverter when it was on sale and while I prefer freeware / opensource I was ok spending what I did on Wondershare.
